How do I place an order?+
Browse the product cards, choose your styles and quantities, and add them to your cart. Open the cart, enter your name and country, then send the order to our sales team on WhatsApp. We will confirm the products, production time and payment details with you.
What is the minimum order?+
The minimum total order is $100.0. You can usually mix different styles, colors and lengths in one order, subject to product availability.
Can I pay directly on the website?+
Not at the moment. The website helps you prepare and send your product list. Our sales team checks the order and gives you the confirmed payment details before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Available payment methods are confirmed by our sales team when your order is prepared. For your security, only pay using the details shown on the confirmed order from our official WhatsApp account.
Prices, production & delivery
Does the price include extra fees?+
Product prices do not include shipping. Please confirm the final shipping cost with our sales team before payment.
How long does production take?+
Production time depends on the style, specifications and quantity. Our sales team will tell you the estimated production time before you pay.
How long does delivery to Europe or the United States take?+
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after the order is dispatched. Remote destinations or exceptional customs and transport delays may take longer.
Will I receive a tracking number?+
Yes. We will notify you when your order ships and send the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Products & customization
Are the wigs made with human hair?+
Products marked “100% human hair” are made with human hair. Texture, construction, density and hair grade can vary by product, so check the product description and video or ask our sales team before ordering.
Can I watch a product video before ordering?+
Yes. When a video is available, you can play it directly from the product card. You can also browse our YouTube playlists for more product videos.
Can I choose the length, color, density or cap size?+
Available options depend on the product. Send the product code, preferred specification and quantity to our sales team, and we will confirm what can be produced.
Can I mix several products in my first order?+
Yes. A mixed first order is a practical way to test different styles. Add the products and quantities you want to the cart, as long as the total order reaches $100.0.
After your order
What should I do when the goods arrive?+
Check the package and products as soon as possible. If there is a problem, contact our sales team promptly with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can review it.
How do I reorder a product that sells well?+
Send us the product code and the new quantity on WhatsApp. We will confirm current availability, production time and the updated order total.
